By accessing or using ScrollStop (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ScrollStop is a video generation platform that converts text into word-by-word videos using RSVP (Rapid Serial Visual Presentation) technology. The Service includes video creation, customization, and export features.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
  • Distribute spam, malware, or misleading content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any text content you provide to create videos. By using the Service, you grant ScrollStop a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your videos.

Videos generated through the Service are owned by you. ScrollStop does not claim ownership over your generated content.

6. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScrollStop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
